At IDC we are actively engaged in the creation of contextually appropriate solutions within an increasingly changing world. Having office in Bangalore, it is a design studio and Builders onsite execution team focusing primarily in the field of Architecture and Constructions. IDC is umbrella under which Architecture, Interior designing and execution, Landscape designing and execution, land development and execution and all category construction practices are running successfully. Good working relationships are of fundamental importance as we maintain a close involvement in all our projects, and we ensure that clients will have swift and easy access to our team. We produce one point contact services – accurate, thorough and technically correct support at each stage of work, to our client in construction industry.

B. Arch, M. Arch - Landscape

Spearheading design as Co–Founder/ Principal Architect of IDC Architects, Surbhi has over 10 years of experience in architecture, interior design, Landscape Architecture across diverse scales and typologies. Combining his academic experience of teaching at various schools in and around Bangalore, with his design work at the studio, Surbhi facilitates the integration of the IDC ethos into the design and delivery process. With a focus on design dialogue and deliberations, Surbhi is also responsible for the wider connect of IDC to empower the studio’s vision of Projective Practice.

ACHYUT

Co-Founder & Principal Architect

Achyut is a Co–founder/ Principal Architect of IDC Architects, Bangalore, has over 18 years of experience in architecture, Infrastructural development projects bringing invaluable perspective, design expertise into the studio. Facilitating communication between the clients, team members, and consultants and ensuring design management and delivery, Achyut ensures the success of every project at the IDC studio. With a distinct design philosophy and a commitment to fulfil the client brief, within the IDC framework of crafting sensorial experiences through architecture, Achyut’s approach unifies a hands-on, yet deep-rooted design attitude.

Gangadhar

Co-Founder & Principal project manager

As a Co–Founder/ Principal project manager of IDC – a senior-level project manager, leads complex projects and works with cross-functional teams, Gangadhar brings technological insight and domain expertise into the business acumen and construction services at IDC Builders. Directing all stages of construction processes across diverse project types and scales, Gangadhar has been responsible for many accoladed projects at the IDC studio. Adopting an inimitable approach to address functionality, innovation, while retaining the emotional aspect of the unique cadence ethos, Gangadhar a distinctive constructions expression, that is contemporary yet rooted in context.
